Course objectives:
|
To familiarize students with a selection of the literary works suitable for children of pre-school age and the possibilities of its usage in education in accordance with RVP PV. Literary genres in literature for children, relationship to the specifics of the children's age, development of the modern genres, magazines for children, relationship between illustration and text and working with the text with the children of pre-school age.

Seminar paper - the project or lesson plan of the activity based on working with a text.
Credit test.

Content
|
Folk literary production.
The fairy tale - its composition, function of things, typical elements, disputes about the fairy tale.
The author's tale (artificial), imaginative and nonsensical fairy tale.
Folk tales and legends.
Poetry for children - features of verse, development in poetry for children.
Adventure literature.
Literature with the child as a hero.
Cartoons and serials.
Possibilities of the usage of the above, planning of the activities and expected competences, creation of integrated units or projects. Working with a text - dramatization, scene performances, creating of story continuation etc.
