Course objectives:

The goal of the subject is to present to students following topics: legislation; methodics and terminology of land-use planning; data sources for land-use plannig activities and their usage; project documentation, documentation of actual construction and documentation for the registration of completed projects; current case law.

Succesfully complete term project.
Reguirements for exam:
The exam consists of written and oral part. The student has to pass both of them.

Content
|
1. Basic concepts, terminology and phenomena of spatial planning with regard to the issue of sustainable development.
2. Legislative and methodical provision of land-use planning.
3. Territorial analytical materials, their creation, updating and utilization for the creation of land-use plans.
4. Analysis of relevant data sources for land-use planning activities (state map series (SMD) DMVS dataset, Technical map of municipalities, thematic material field investigation and measurement).
5. Project documentation and its relation to the real estate registry.
6. Geodetic part of project documentation and activities of an authorized survey engineer during the construction works.
7. Documentation of actual construction and the documentation for the registration of implemented projects in the cadastre of real estates of the Czech Republic.
8. Use of the documentation of actual construction for a maintenance of state map series and Technical map of municipalities.
9. Examples of court cases in breach of legal standards in the process of land-use planning and planning permission administration.
