Course objectives:
|
The course is focused to following topics: Web services for spatial data; distribution and publication of spatial data on the Web. Languages for spatial data description. Markup languanges and digital cartography. Digital map creation and web based publication. Geographic information system in the network environment.

Requirements on student
|
Student has to prepare and successfully present selected semestral project to get credit. The exam consists of a written part verifying the knowledge and skills gained during the semester.
