Course objectives:

To deepen the students´ awareness of the culture of business negotiations, to improve skills necessary for communication on international level, to enable efficient negotiating between individuals representing various cultures, to help identify a person´s own culture as opposed to other cultures.

Requirements on student

This course will require a group presentation and completion of tasks according to the topics being discussed.
Grading System:
Class Activities: 50%
Group Presentation: 50%
Passing Rate: 70%:
Fail: 69% and lower

The requirements must be completed by the end of classes in a given semester.
If for some reason a student cannot complete the requirements to the extent required, the student must inform the instructor of the reasons by the end of the second week of class.

Use appropriate language in social situations, including giving compliments, conveying and receiving criticisms as well as expressing sympathy.
Discuss leadership qualities and develop intercultural competency in dealing with people from different background.
