Course objectives:
|
The RB1 course provides the fundamental rules of Russian pronunciation, basics of Russian grammar and spelling in comparison to the native language. Linguistic means of countemporary Russian are trained in basic conversational situations. The course prepares students for the A1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Requirements on student
|
Completion of assigned tasks, progress and final test at 75% to pass.

Content
|
Acquainting with the Russian language and its specifics in comparison with the Czech language.
Pronunciation of Russian sounds, word stress and Cyrillic alphabet.
Common topics for discussions: Meeting people. Family. Visiting people.
Vocabulary and grammar: verb conjugation - type I and II, noun declension, numbers 0-100 and their linking to pronouns, verb phrases, verbal aspect, imperative, reflexive pronouns, declension of hard adjectives, names of the months, seasons of the year, expressing contrast, agreement and disagreement, apology.
