The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the modern concept of theater and to offer various possibilities of access to research and understanding of various aspects of theatrical art.
Theater is a lively and socially activating art form that requires proper conceptual grasp and reflection. In the last century, it has undergone a number of changes with dynamics that go beyond the artistic approach. The course introduces students to theater in the form of individual perspectives, which play a constitutive role in its development, operation and research. Traditional categories will be confronted with current trends and phenomena in the world of contemporary theater.
The course is scheduled once per two years.
