The course introduces students to the study of Bavarian dialects theoretically and practically. The lectures will gain an overview of the development and classification of dialects in the South German The course introduces students to the study of Bavarian dialects both theoretically and practically. The lectures will gain an overview of the development and classification of dialects in the South German language area and their main characteristics. The seminar then based on the analysis of linguistic material identify individual events and rehearse passive knowledge - understanding of expressions implemented in different dialects.
