The goal of the subject is to familiarise the students with the cultural history of the European civilisation from the early 19th century to the present time in the context of Europe's political, economic and social history. The main attention will be dedicated to the fields of religion, philosophy, science and art, especially literature, architecture, sculpture, painting and music.
