Welcome to the study of our course Project Budgeting. Projects are today quite common both in professional and private life. Consider e.g. the company reorganization, new product develpment, house construction, R&D project, preparation of annual report, diploma work, etc. This course offers you the opportunity to learn and practice the issues of project planing and budgeting.

Course annotation KPM/AROP -IS/STAG

Provide students an overview about basic approaches concerning construction of project´s budgets. To teach them to create budgets as a tool which can influece structure and development of financial plans. Explain features, which may influence budgets. To teach how to monitor and report financial development of projects.
