Human resources are considered an organization’s most important asset, and therefore their management is one of the most critical areas of management in today’s organizations. One of the essential prerequisites for their successful management is acquiring and deepening theoretical knowledge in the field of human resource management. This course will provide you with the latest scientific findings from selected areas of human resource management and will also familiarize you with current trends in HRM.

The aim is to provide the latest scientific information in the selected topics of human resource management, to discuss recent empirical as well as theoretical research and studies, and to learn about current trends in the field. To deepen the students´ knowledge and skills necessary to solve specific research problems of human resource management in current organizations both at the local and global levels.
