The course aims to clarify contemporary approaches to knowledge management, innovations and systematic risk management in enterprises and organisations. Explain the role of knowledge in the business and how to manage it. Understand the nature of intellectual capital and the rationale behind intellectual property protection. To acquaint students with the basic concepts, methods and procedures of innovation management. Explain the specificities of innovation marketing and work with innovative incentives. To teach students the basic concepts, methods and procedures of the decision-making process and the theory of decision-making processes and their practical applications. Include risk in decision-making problems and illustrate work with risk within the decision-making process. |
