| Learning outcomes of the course unit the subject focuses on the interpretation of the legal regulation of the social policy implemented in practice in the law of the Czech Republic. The course is supposed to work with current legislation governing labour law relations and social security law relations. The aim of the course is to provide students with the necessary knowledge to assess the legal aspects of necessary social work activities. In addition, the role of international aspects of social protection for the status of employees and their families is emphasized. |
