| The course familiarizes students with the contents of Administrative Law as a legal discipline on the organization and functioning of public administration and public relations management in the exercise of public power to individuals and legal entities. The focus will be on the analysis of objects of different forms of public administration activities in legal relations against persons (administrative acts, abstract nudes, certificates, statements, actions, actual instructions, public contracts etc.) and the content of public administration activities (issuing of administrative acts, exercise administrative supervision, safeguarding the public interest, the application of the liability provision and information retrieval etc.) |
