Welcome to the Courseware site of Current Issues in Jurisprudence. The idea of this course is to introduce you to some of the current and topical issues in (English-speaking) legal theory. To do so, you will need to do some listening (to my lecturesque introductions), much more reading (of the materials I provided, and maybe some other materials as well!), and preferrably some speaking (at our seminars, I hope to spend most of the time in discussions). The final assessment is done in writing, so you will even cover all the basic language skills! Having said that, you do need to be able to read in English at the very least - the "reader" for this course can be found under "Documents" in "Study Materials".
