The goal of the course is to present both religious legal systems to the students as well as to let them investigate the interaction between religious legal systems and law of the states as well as "western" courts. Comparison of both religious legal systems is essential. The concept of the whole course comparative and the students shall acquire knowledge of the selected parts of both legal systems and then they shall analyze and compare them. The course is taught in English for both Czech and incoming Erasmus students.
