Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to approach the concept of constitutional law in practice. The optional course will enable you to practice the acquired knowledge of constitutional law and the theoretical basis of constitutional doctrines, as well as the skills of professional constitutional argumentation. Following this, students will be acquainted with the various general institutes of constitutional law, fundamental rights and freedoms and constitutional protection, especially in the constitutional judiciary.
