Course objectives:

The course is an introduction to the analysis of modern microeconomics. Market mechanism and behaviour of individual market subjects - customers, firms and government (with its microeconomic policy) is explained. Basic characteristics of real economic processes and processes of marginal markets are described.

Requirements on student
|
A condition for the assignment is 20 points from total possible 40 points.
Assignment tests are written in the middle and at the end of the semester.
Each of two marginal tests is assessed by maximum of 20 points.
In a case that the student does not pass this requirement, he is allowed to repeat a summary test containing both parts together.
The exam is combined. It consists of a written part (test) and an oral (spoken) part.
