Course objectives:
|
To introduce basic principles of classical mechanics, oscillations and waves, geometrical and wave optics, electricity and magnetism: their primary physical meaning, consequences, and actual implementation through the mathematical relationships. To allow the students be able to apply these principles to problems or practical applications, combination with theoretical tutorials. To give physical background for the studies of special disciplines.

Examination: knowledge of the theory from the lectures and problems from the tutorials.
