Course objectives:
|
The aim of this course is to introduce students to problems of modern kinds of exercises with music with use of hand apparatuses and on equipments.
Students become familiar with health and physiological aspects of other kinds of exercises.

Requirements on student
|
- methodical presentation with written preparation (seminar paper - to deliver it at latest 2 weeks before presentation)
- class participation on exercises

Content
|
1. Introductory lesson - organization, credit requirements, literature, instructions about safety during exercise. The correct technique of performing basic steps. The correct body posture during exercise, 2. Simple connections in aerobics. Creation of aerobic choreography - symmetrical, asymmetrical, 3. Step aerobics - creation of choreography, strengthening and stretching blocks, 4. Exercises on bosu balance trainer - creation of choreography, strengthening and stretching blocks, 5. Dance aerobics, funky aerobics, 6. Exercises in pairs (double aerobics, double step aerobics), slide aerobics, 7. The use of hand apparatus in the lessons of aerobics - weights, Thera-Bands, rubber bands, etc., 8. The use of exercises on Fitballs - strengthening and stretching blocks, 9. Conditional forms of aerobic exercise, interval training, 10. AF (alternative fitness) training, circuit training with the use of steps/bosu, etc., 11. Sample lesson of indoor cycling, 12. Sample lesson of Fit boxing, 13. Creating individual programs of aerobic forms with the chosen content.
