Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to enable them to communicate, present, argument and negotiate effectively as well as introduce necessary knowledge and develop skills related to conflict management. Students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required both to manage and to work in team. Selected managerial skills are introduced- interview skills, meeting management skills, delega- tion skills, time-management skills.

Successfully passed written test (excellent: 90%, very good 77%, good 65%)
