- understand the principles of skating training and gradually apply them in practical training
- perceive the principles of safety on inline tracks
- to combine theoretical knowledge with elements of practical teaching |
Skills - students are expected to possess the following skills before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
- perform basic motor tasks
- on the basis of them perform specialized movements associated with riding inline skates
- teach students the correct technique of riding inline skates |
Competences - students are expected to possess the following competences before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
Perceive one's own motor skills and improve on that basis |
