Course objectives:

The doctoral research seminar is based on individual work of PhD students. The content of the seminar will consist in a presentation of methods and findings of the student's dissertation. During their studies and in accordance to their individual study plan, PhD students will present the results of their research and discuss their findings in order to obtain substantial feed-back. The seminar also provides sufficient space for discussions and eventual collective problem solving of specific challenges that PhD students might be facing while writing their dissertations.
