Course objectives:
|
The course deals with the design, manufacture and application of upper limb prostheses. The aim is to gain a basic understanding of amputation techniques and their technical solutions, focusing on aids for everyday use and special equipment for the sport.

Content
|
1st Upper extremity prosthesis for a very long antebrachial stump, amputation of the hand,
2nd Prosthesis for standard antebrachial stump, cosmetic palm ulpívací system
3rd Prosthesis for very short antebrachial stump, arm sleeve options, multiplier movement.
4th Prosthetic equipment exarticulation at the elbow joint
5th Humeral prosthesis cosmetic, tensile
6th Humeral prosthesis hybrid.
7th Measurement of the tensile strength of a bandage system. Measurement of two-tensile bandage. Measurement of tensile třítahových bandage. Coupling of two tension prostheses, combining strength and activity of the castle.
8th Exarticulation prosthesis for the shoulder joint, the possibility of fixation on the patient.
9th Bioprosthesis, basic information about the system, measuring biopotentials, CAD-CAM technology
10th Equipment for bilateral amputees
11th Special facilities for sport. Practicing self-sufficiency with a prosthesis
