Course objectives:
|
The aim of this course is to provide students with fundamental information about the position of the Czech Republic, its population and economy. Students grasp this information and they are able to further process it. Students are aware of interactions and relationships between physical geography of the CR and its economy and mutually among particular economic sectors. They are able to describe human and geographical characteristics of the smaller territorial units (counties, otherwise defined regions).
