Content
|
1. Basic concepts, terminology and phenomena of land-use planning with regard to the issue of sustainable development. Legislative and methodical background of land-use planning. Definition of BIM in relation to the construction generally, and especially to construction processes (BIM model, BIM methodology BIM process).
2. Land analytical materials, their creation, updating and utilization for the creation of land-use plans.
3. Analysis of the relevant data sources for land-use planning activities (state map series (SMD) DMVS dataset, Technical map of municipalities, thematic materiál for field surveys and measurements) in the BIM environment.
4. Project documentation and its relation to the real estate registry. Geodetic part of project documentation and activities of an authorized survey engineer during the construction works. Transfer and sharing of data via BIM model.
5. Documentation of actual construction and the documentation for the registration of implemented projects in the cadastre of real estates of the Czech Republic. Use of the documentation of actual construction for a maintenance of state map series and Technical map of municipalities.
6. Using the BIM models in administration of public property, reducing the cost of large investment projects and monitoring of public procurements, automation of issuing decisions in administrative proceedings. Foreign experience.
7. Transfer and sharing of data between investor, architect, designer, user and administrator of the building. BIM model as a detailed project documentation of an actual building construction.
