Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to repeat and explain the basics of high school music education. Mutual learning will be used during lessons. Musically advanced students will build their teaching competencies by tutoring beginners while working in a group or pair.

Requirements on student

Mastering the notation of pitch and length, notation of major scales, singing of the simplest folk songs with correct intonation, rhythm and expression.

Content
Repetition and consolidation of the basics of music education in the field of elementary music theory and the development of the necessary singing, rhythmic and intonation skills.
Tones and their properties. Keyboard orientation. Pitch notation, keys, sliders. Tone-length notation, decomposition of the whole note into smaller rhythmic values. Bars and bar designations, clock schemes. Scale and key. Major scales. Basic interval demonstrated on the ascending part of the scale in C major. Supporting songs - major degrees in major, major quinta-chord. Basics of singing technique and intonation.

Knowledge - students are expected to possess the following knowledge before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
For successful completion of the course, it is assumed that the student has at least average musical hearing, rhythmic and harmonic sensitivity, musical memory, and the ability to sing reasonably cleanly and to sing (repeat) a played note in his/her vocal range before beginning the lesson. |
Pro úspěšné zvládnutí předmětu se předpokládá, že student před zahájením výuky disponuje alespoň průměrným hudebním sluchem, rytmickým a harmonickým cítěním, hudební pamětí a schopností přiměřeně čistého zpěvu, zazpívá (zopakuje) zahraný tón ve svém zpěvním rozsahu.

Po absolvování předmětu prokazují studující následující znalosti:
vysvětlí základní pojmy z hudební teorie, prokáží bezpečnou znalost not v houslovém klíči, rytmických hodnot not a jejich uspořádání do taktů, durových stupnic, základních intervalů a kvintakordů. zapíší a pojmenují správně noty a posuvky, zapíší durové stupnice, vyjmenují předznamenání stupnic

Upon completion of the course, learners demonstrate the following knowledge:
Explain basic concepts of music theory, demonstrate a secure knowledge of notes in violin clef, rhythmic values of notes and their arrangement into measures, major scales, basic intervals and fifth chords. They will write and name notes and shifts correctly, write major scales, and list scale prefixes. |
