Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with individual auxiliary historical sciences and their methods and procedures. Part of the course is, for example, reading original texts that students practice in paleography. In a similar way, the student comes into contact with other auxiliary historical sciences - diplomacy, chronology, codicology, sfragistics, numismatics, historical metrology, heraldry and genealogy. The seminar will also include an excursion to the archive and library.
