Course objectives:
|
This course shall compare theoretical base of EU Law, civil law, commercial law and others in present legal practice in the Czech Republic. This course is aimed to make students familiar with application of EU law in the conditions of Czech Legal system. The course is constructed as students work on submitted cases that are present in the Czech legal practice.

5. Free movement of workers, services, freedom of establishment, social insurance

8. Judgment recognition and relation to Czech Civil Procedural Code.

The students will be able to: - apprise and discuss direct effects of EU Law on legal practice. - analyze selected cases from various positions as theoretical, EU Law and solution in Czech Law. - apprise with methods of legal analyses and analyses of submitted cases.
