Course objectives:
|
The theses topics are submitted by the department employees. The student solves independently a chosen problem with the guidance of their supervisor. To obtain the credit the student must submit at least a working version of their thesis.

Study of scientific literature, preparation of diploma thesis structure, regular consultation with diploma thesis director

Content

Individual work on the further phases of the thesis, specialised consultations with the thesis supervisor.

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
The student will manage basic methods for preparing an independent scientific work: literature research, using the internet, and allocating sources. They are familiar with the copyright act and they are able to choose appropriate research or development methods according to the topic of their theses.They are familiar with basic topographic skills, know how to work with text and table editors in the chosen field. |
