Course objectives:
|
Aim subject is to bring the students to the areas of functional exploitation knowledge from enclosure choice modern technology of materials metal base and their physical essences. Will mentioned theoretically- didactic piece of knowledges from areas technology of metal materials in terms of subject: Technology of metal materials. In consecutive exercisings will carried doctrinal application of theoretic piece of knowledge from enclosure technology metal materials.With utilization fracture mechanics and fracturegraphie will explained possible defects (failure) resulting from wrong application of modern technology.

Requirements to examination:
Elaboration 2 seminar works, successful graduation 2 examination tests.
Adoption of knowledge from subject of Technology of metal materials - student in seminar work the preparation, according to setting, will work up proposal election choice two technology and will give reasons for fitness election technology and their parameters for given to structural product.
Further in seminar works will work according to gained piece of knowledge from education of preparation on class (tutorial) in electronic shape.
Requirements to examination from subject Metal materials:
Elaboration of 1 seminar work and successful of graduation 2 examination tests.
Adoption of knowledge from subject of Metal materials - student in seminar work, according to setting, will work up proposal election metal.
In seminar work will work the preparation (setup procedure) on class (tutorial) in electronic shape.

1. Characteristics of metal materials, metallurgy production steels failures in steels. Mark steel according to CSN EN 10027 ?
2. Examination of materials ? destructive testing ? nondestructive testing
3. Corrosion, erosion, abrasion, cavitation
4. Heat treatment - theory heat treatment of steel, cast iron, nonferrous metals, thermomechanic treatment
5. Founding, melting of metals and their alloies. Foundry moulds, composite cores
6. Forming, forging
Cold forming, hot forming, recrystallic diagrams,
Rolling, drawing
7. Machining, cutting
Mechanical, electrochemical, chemical machining ?cutting
Turning works ? lathes, planing, paring, boring, shaving, grinding
lathes, planer, milling machine, drilling machine, gun-boring machine
8. Unconventional method of cutting, electroerrosive cutting, electrochemical cutting cutting with electron ray, with photons ray (laser)
