Course objectives:
|
The aim is to acquaint students with the specifics of quality management in health care and to provide the knowledge and skills needed to implement the program management and continuous quality improvement and effective preparation of medical devices to obtain a certificate of quality.

|
Course contents Lectures: - A general introduction to the quality and safety of healthcare services - the international standard ISO 9001, 15189, 19011th - Legislation in the field of quality in health care (laws, regulations and guidelines). - Other systems management quality systems. - Strategic management of health care quality. - Audits of quality management system requirements for the quality of the internal auditor. Seminars: - Standards of nursing care, proper medical records. - Indicators of quality nursing care and monitoring. - Risk management and prevention of adverse events in health care facilities, including monitoring and benefits. - Creation of controlled documentation.
