Content
|
Pregnancy changes and correction exercise. Practice pelvic floor. Basic training unit for the first and 2 trimester of pregnancy. Exercise on a balloon. Breathing exercises. The exercise unit for 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Training concessional position and for pushing during childbirth. Swimming in pregnancy. Belly dance during pregnancy. Exercise in the postpartum period.

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Student knows and explain the basics of physical education in the pregnancy, the methodology of physical exercises, possible limitations and risks in pregnancy. Apply the basics of relaxation, passive and active exercises and is able to determine the therapeutic efficacy of individual exercises. |
