Course objectives:
|
1. To learn to observe independently and objectively the classroom activities 2. To record classroom observations and use descriptive language. 3. To reflect one's own personal feelings, perception, thinking and needs 4. To learn finding evidences in the records and associate them with the theory.

Requirements on student
|
Practice participation.
Practice portfolio submission.
- The student participates in the offered practice at elementary school, will follow their schedule (participation 100%).
- Record keeping in observation sheets.
- Active cooperation and assessment of teaching with a teacher, in which the student passed the observation practice.
- Continuous evaluation of practices at seminars.
- At the end of the semester, the student submits a practical portfolio. The portfolio contains materials assigned by a university teacher.
- The portfolio will have a joint discussion on the portfolio. The student proves that he / she is able to reflect the experience, and also demonstrates the ability to propose activities to improve his / her own practice.
- Submission of teacher-signed sheets on student attendance.

Content
|
Visiting chosen primary schools in Plzeň. The student learns independently to observe the activity in the class, which he tries to objectively evaluate. It uses descriptive language when recording into the observation sheet, and tries to record the statements and activities of the teacher and the pupil correctly in the recording sheets.
The student learns to evaluate, reflect, perceive and perceive all matters and activities that take place in the classroom. It also notes climate class and school.
