Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to clarify contemporary approaches to systematic risk management in enterprises and organizations. Explain and test basic risk management practices in routine projects and business practice. Understand risk management activities within organizational structures of organizations. To acquaint students with the basic concepts, methods and procedures of decision-making process and the theory of decision-making processes and their practical applications. Explaining the models of multi-criteria decision making and illustrating them with practical examples. Include risk in decision-making problems and illustrate work with risk within decision-making process.
Further, the aim of the course is to reflect the requirements and impacts of the General Data Protection Regulation on the company and its knowledge base.
To acquaint students with the basic concepts, methods and procedures of innovation and knowledge management. Explain the specificities of innovation marketing and work with innovative incentives. Explain the role of knowledge in the business.

Content, organization and conditions for receiving a credit:
Condition for the granting of credit is successful completion of test and quality processing of the project during the semester. Credit tests may be repeated once within the deadlines set by the Department.
Project must be submitted at the eleventh exercise and is required for final credit test. It is not permited to remake project and evaluation is included in exam with weight of 10%.
Content, organization and conditions of exam:
Only students with credit are allowed to attend the exam. The test is combined, the first part consists of a written test. Rating: 100-90% excellent, 89% - 80% very well, 79% - 70% good, 69% - 0% failed. The evaluation also includes results of the project with the weight of 10%. In addition to the issue of subject knowledge also evaluated the ability to synthesize knowledge gained through the context of previous studies on the FEK. Exams are published on the University Portal, where students also enroll for the exam.
