Course objectives:
|
The course aims to enable students to to focus on the level of understanding and evaluating assessments in the most important relationships between psyche and nutrition. Part of the course is to outline the continuity of psychological and biomedical aspects of nutrition, to acquaint students with the influence of psychological development in shaping the eating habits of individuals. In this course looks at some of the social aspects of nutrition on psychogenic eating disorders and eating behavior.

1. Psycholgie nutrition as specialized psychological discipline, history, current development of discipline
2. The relationship between psyche and nutrition
3. The R strategies and methods in psychology nutrition
4. Psychological phenomena as determinants of dietary habits
5. Nutrition as a factor affecting the psyche
6. Incentive behavior in the food cycle
7. Apetentive behavior in the food cycle
8. Consume behavior in the food cycle
9. Influence of colors into the food behavior
10. Sensation (taste, smell) of the food behavior
11. Emotion in the food behavior (emotional states (mood), and food)
12. Presentation of seminar tasks
13. Presentation of seminar tasks, evaluation of teaching.

Vymezuje základní makronutrienty a mikronutrienty: bílkoviny, sacharidy, lipidy, vitamíny, minerální látky. |
Objasňuje zásady racionální výživy. |
Popisuje pyramidu zdravé výživy podle různých přístupů. |
Definuje psychologické pojmy: čití, vnímání, emoce, motivace. |
Charakterizuje současné psycholgické směry a přístupy (školy) v psychoterapii. |

Rozpoznává potravinové chování podle zásad racionální výživy.

Uplatňuje význam základních psychologických pojmů (čití, vnímání, emoce, motivace apod.) v popisu psychických momentů v chování a jednání člověka. |
Zhodnocuje současné psychologické směry a psychoterapeutické přístupy (školy) podle různých kritérií. |

Charakterizuje senzorické procesy (vůni a chuť) a emoce jako psychické faktory vyvolávající chuť a apetenčního chování. |
