The seminar is aimed at practising some of the more frequent and complex grammatical structures, especially those typical of the professional style.

Content
o Week 1. Introduction to the MS4F course.
o Week 2. Sequence of tenses in the present and in the past. Indirect question. Translation of the phrases using the sequence of tenses.
o Week 3. Prepositional phrases (de, a), Use of prepositions which stand in front of the infinitive
o Week 4. The most common French prepositions (a, dans, en, avec, de, par, pour, sous, sur) and their use in the different meanings
o Week 5. Use of prepositions with temporal meaning (avant, apres, depuis, a partir, pendant, il y a, lors, dans).
o Week 6. Misuse of some French verbs, use of verbs aller, etre, faire, prendre, translations
o Week 7. Subjunctive of present and past in French sentences. The use of subjunctive after the conjunction que.
o Week 8. Word formation from substantives to verbs, Nominal expression
o Week 9. Concord of past participle and subject / direct object. Use of auxiliaries avoir, etre with certain verbs of motion.
o Week 10. Definite, indefinite and partitive articles
o Week 11. Relative pronouns
o Week 12. Final test
o Week 13. Giving a credit.
