Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to introduce students to pedagogical practice in the form of hearings and gradual assistance to teachers in specific lessons at the second level of elementary/secondary school, to be part of the educational community and community of practice. Emphasis is placed on the gradual development of the student's professional vision while observing and reflecting on educational reality. The student learns to independently observe the activity in the classroom, which he tries to objectively evaluate and reflect on. When recording in the observation sheet, he uses descriptive language, in the recording sheets he records the progress of the teacher's work with the educational content and its didactic transformation, the creation of a learning environment and teaching activities, he records the statements and activities of the teacher and the pupil. It takes into account the educational reality in a comprehensive way, including the culture and climate of the classroom and school. The student gradually learns to actively participate in the lesson, first with assistance, then with the possibility of micro-exiting. The student establishes and gradually supplements the Portfolio of reflected pedagogical practice. He consults his practice and observations from it in regular meetings with the accompanying teacher and subject didactics, at the final colloquium he presents his portfolio and leads a reflection on it.
