Course objectives:
|
This semester is focused on preparing and realization of an animated project according to own subject and script (length is 5 - 15 min., technology is optional).

Requirements on student
|
Exam requirements: - Complex working out the tasks from sketches to a presentation and a defence, the student is aware of an ovarlap of his/her work with related subjects, - Translatability of the author´s message to other artistic languages such as techniques or forms, - 80 per cent active attendance in seminars, - Continuous completing and handing in seminar tasks according to the teacher´s requirements, - Continuous work on the semestral task, - Creative, concerned approach and openmindness, - Ability to cooperate in a team, - Completing the semestral task, - Presentation.

on technological procedures in the field of classical animated film or computer animation
about historical and contemporary style canons
about advanced visual tools suitable for animated creation |
Skills - students are expected to possess the following skills before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
plans a complex animation project and suggests its different forms,
manages a team of co-workers on a joint project simulating the involvement of staff professions,
formulates the theme and proposes an innovative construction of a story (storyboard, storyboard)
performs an animation unit designed for Internet or TV (jingle, spot, black-out, divide, punctuation) or animated film,
uses the full range of animation technologies,
reflects his work in historical and contemporary contexts,
reflects its work in the context of professional, technical and technological processes,
with erudition, presents his work to the professional community,
he is able to accept and assert in a way the evaluation and critical response |
