Course objectives:

The aim of the subject is to introduce the student to Financial Law in Public Administration and familiarize them with financial-legal branches, especially budget and currency law. The student will comprehend the essential financial-legal principles and institutions in Public Administration within the framework of the CR (EU).Emphasis is placed on budget law and the budgetary process.
