Course objectives:
|
To familiarize the student with basic principles of economic analysis of law, outline revelant periods of development of economic thinking, relate the subject matter to different areas of law.

Requirements on student
|
Registered credits:
To obtain registered credits, the student has to obtain at least 70 points. The evaluation includes:
Final test (10 questions), intermediate tests, and active participation in seminars.
Exam:
oral or written, the student chooses one question from each of two sets, maximum number of points is 50 for one question
