Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to provide the student the knowledge to enable him to get a basic orientation in the legal system in the most important legislation. At the same time to shape his ability to this knowledge applied in nursing work.

1.The legal order of the Czech Republic, the basic legal and implementing regulations in health care, financing of health care. 2. Medical law, selected topics of legal problems
3. The rights of health care workers and the obligations of health care workers.
