Course objectives:

The subject aim is to furnish student of knowledge, methodical instruments and skills to connect theoretical knowing with creative (expressive, art) activity or with empirical research on the basis of provided content and approach of thesis, it means its theme, or its creation or research topic, key questions or problems and selected methodology. Student works on his/her theme and problems in connection with this theme independently but in the cooperation with his/her supervisor. Necessary condition for obtaining credit is submission of final version of the thesis according to schedule.

Content
|
Content of the subject is a consequence of the theme and problems of the thesis task. It concerns knowledge and competence which are related to substantial moments of the theme, to its special context, to cultural, social, application, personal, motivational and value connections.

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
1. He/she knows required means (methods or techniques) of activity and he/she knows terminology which enables these means to classify, to compare and to select with respect to thesis task. 2. He/she explains content of concepts logically in special knowing context of the subject of study and in larger interdisciplinary or philosophically context in the connection with thesis task. 3. He/she uses special concept or criteria during analysis, interpretation, explanation, reasoning and assessment which concerns theme and subject of his/her thesis task. 4. He/she assesses progress of his/her work on a thesis task, he/she designs and schedules its phases with adequate estimate of its continuous fulfillment, he/she estimates incipient problems and he/she solves them in time and effectively. 5. He/she is respectful of content and formal claims for quality of thesis, at the same time he/she considers as whole so details the work.
