Understand the basic concepts of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics to the solution of theoretical and experimental tasks. To become familiar with Hydrostatik fluid force on walls, the relative balance of fluids. Know the laws of conservation of mass, momentum and energy. Understand the total, static and dynamic state (pressure, temperature). Identify and measure the speed of fluid flow, steady one-dimensional flow of a real fluid. Understand the ideal gas law, the first and the second law of thermodynamics. To explain the theory and basic principles of thermal and hydraulic machines.
