Course objectives:
|
The aim of the subject is to deepen the tools knowledge of students specializing in industrial design, became acquainted with computer-aided design, modelling and displaying product structure in CAD; with 3D models and technical drawing of details; with 3D models and technical drawings of assemblies in CAD; human, technical and organizational factors of constructional processes with regard to CAD; computer integration of technological preparation of production. The assigments are intended to give the students an opportunity to apply the knowledge gained in the lectures to the solution of practical problems.

Requirements on student
|
Credit:
participation in seminars is optional
elaboration and timely submission (by 23.5 otherwise every started month after this date means 100 extra elements) of the report "Design of device design / construction" in electronic form (PDF) to the e-mail of the subject guarantor.
specifications: Submit a paper (min 5, max 10 pages containing title page with initials, subject name and date. Furthermore, a 3D view of the assembly in section, blasted assembly, (in case of design 2xrendered view in perspective), assembly drawing with positions and BOM , 2x production drawing (from parts having at least 35 elements) with at least 4 sections + data of models and drawings to the assigned directory or on CD The whole work must contain at least 400 elements, auxiliary geometry (planes, points, axes, ..- ) Furthermore, an array type element is counted only as 1 element, if there are two identical components in the assembly, only elements from one component are counted and each other identical component is counted as 1 element.
