Course objectives:
|
The aim of subject is: - teach students graphically describe machine elements according to technical norm about technical drawing - give information about dimensioning and tolerancing of dimensions according to element function (Geometrical Product Specification - GPS) - give information about technical norms and drawing documentation

Requirements on student

- active participation in seminars
- submission of semestral projects
- compliance with conditions of test

Content
|
1. Introduction, technical drawing, alphabet of lines, drawing scale, lettering, technical projections
2. Orthogonal projections, projection method, drawing representation, sectional views, auxiliary views.
3. Dimensioning, rules for dimension.
4. Drawing and dimensioning of threads, bolts connection.
5. Tolerancing, basic hole system, basic shaft system, general tolerance notes.
6. Geometrical tolerancing.
7. Surface roughness.
8. Dimensioning by feature function - tolerance chains.
9. Mechanical design documentation.
10. Technical drawing of machine elements - pins, keys, shaft form elements.
11. Technical drawing of machine elements - bearing, gears, springs.
12. Technical drawing of machine elements - welded, glued and riveted joints.
13. Repeticion.
