|
International River Transport Law (International Inland Waterways Transport Law) is an interdisciplinary area of law, in which blends international trade law, international private law, international public law, European law and administrative law. Through the historical excursion, bilateral and multilateral international treaties, Community law and national legislative governing inland waterway navigation, is given a systematic interpretation of the law in this specific field.
