Course objectives:
|
Business Law is one of the key subjects of Private Law instruction within the master´s degree study programme "Law". The subject "Business Law - Law of Obligations" is the third component of an integral course which is completed by an examination, and at the end of the master´s degree study it is completed by a state examination within state final examinations.

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
A student understands specialist Business Law terminology, he/she has acquired the basic general principles of Law of Obligations within Business Law, he/she understands the significance of the scientific field of Business Law within the legal system of the state as well as within the relations to EU Law.
A student can describe the basic institutes of the obligation part of Business Law, he/she is able to assess the current role and significance of the obligation part of Business Law in business relations, he/she can identify and define the strengths and weaknesses of the current legal regulation of Law of Obligations within Business Law, he/she is able to apply the knowledge to model situations with respect to the obligation part of Business Law, he/she is expected to act and find solutions of common business issues, he/she can evaluate, justify and consider the selected solutions in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic and the EU and he/she is able to draw general conclusions. |
