Course objectives:

The course introduces the student to the issue of law regulation of securities and capital markets. Attention is paid not only to the legislation of securities, capital market entities, collective investment, as well as insolvency law, including legal bankruptcy.

- assess the current role and significance of the obligation part of Business Law in business relations |
- identify and define the strengths and weaknesses of the current legal regulation of Law of Obligations within Business Law |

- act and find solutions of common business issues |
- evaluate, justify and consider the selected solutions in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic and the EU and draw general conclusions |
