Course objectives:
|
The course introduces the student to the issue of law regulation of securities and capital markets. Attention is paid not only to the legislation of securities, capital market entities, collective investment, as well as insolvency law, including legal bankruptcy.

Requirements on student
|
Credit via oral or written test. The subject is finished by an oral exam of this subject and two previous subjects of commercial law. Commercial Law 1, Commercial Law 2 and Commercial Law 3 are a condition of admission to the state final examination.
