Knowledge - students are expected to possess the following knowledge before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
- understand the basic parameters of private and public law, |
- accept the ethical dimension of the legal profession, |
- pass a block of compulsory and at least two compulsory elective courses included in the certified program together with the final exam. |
Skills - students are expected to possess the following skills before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
- exactly express in oral and written way with using professional language, |
- independently apply theoretical knowledge, |
- pass at least one-semester legal practice together with a final expert debate. |
